Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, with all original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, broken, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging.
We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the returned item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including custom-made products, personalized items, gift cards, and sale items where permitted by applicable law.
Perfumes
Full-size perfume bottles may only be returned if they are completely unused, unopened, and remain sealed in their original manufacturer's packaging.
Opened, used, or unsealed perfume bottles cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or the return is otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.
10 ml Perfume Samples (Decants)
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, 10 ml perfume samples (decants) are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, broken, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive another product is to return the original item.
Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Nothing in this Return Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If a returned item is damaged due to insufficient packaging during the return shipment, we reserve the right, where permitted by applicable law, to reduce or refuse the refund.
We aim to inspect returned items within 3 business days after receiving them.
