Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method
We use FoxPost for all deliveries. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard FoxPost shipping: 1299.-

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days within Hungary.
    Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons. 

  • Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the delivery process usually takes 1–3 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for free.

Payment must be made directly to FoxPost upon collection (cash or card, depending on the selected locker).

Please ensure that you collect your package within the time frame provided by FoxPost.


Unclaimed / Refused Packages

 

If a package is not collected within the storage period or is refused by the customer, it will be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • The original shipping fee and the return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
  • If the customer wishes to have the package resent, the new shipping cost must be paid in advance.
  • Repeated unclaimed COD orders may result in refusal of future Cash on Delivery purchases.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept and collect the package once it has been shipped.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email via the FoxPost website.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within Hungary. 

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ksfragrancelab@gmail.com. We will work with FoxPost to resolve the issue promptly.

Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update or change our shipping policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
